My name is Valorie Annunziata and I'm the founder of Posh Body Fitness. I'm a certified personal trainer, an IFBB bikini pro, and former Division 1 soccer player. After working for a few prestigious gyms in Southern California, I realized I wanted to do more. So, I decided to venture off on my own and create Posh Body Fitness! I founded Posh Body to create a place you can turn to for the most up-to-date information on workouts, nutrition, recovery, and anything else fitness-related. Summer shred is a 6 week home based workout program designed to shred some body fat and tone your muscles. You will workout 5 days per week and Valorie shares her favorite recipes and fitness tips to help you succeed. You will have access to exercise demo videos so you know exactly how to perform each and every exercise in the program. All you need are resistance bands, booty bands and a positive attitude!
