Summer Shred

Want to workout at home or on vacation? This program is designed to help you burn body fat while maintaining lean muscle tissue without ever stepping foot in a gym. Focusing on upper and lower body strength days with one HIIT session per week. It includes recipe ideas and nutrition tips. Join our group of women on their journey to a leaner physique.

Included in the program:

  • 5 home based workouts per week

  • Nutritional tips and recipes

  • Full videos of each workout and exercise
     

Equipment needed

  • Resistance bands

  • Booty bands

  • Yoga mat

  • A positive attitude

Ultimate Bikini Body

Ever wonder how the bikini competitors do it? Ultimate bikini body is a 10 week program designed to build a lean and defined physique. The program begins with a 6 week building phase and then a 4 week cut. Each phase has specific cardio assignments as well as 5 gym based strength training workouts per week. Complete with exercise demo videos and optional flexible meal plans. 

Included in the program:

  • 5 gym based workouts per week

  • Flexible meal plans

  • App and team support

  • Full videos of each workout and exercise

Posh Booty

Dreaming of a perky peach? This 6 week program was built to help you grow a rounder and fuller booty! Included in this program are 2 booty specific workouts per week designed to grow your glutes,  NOT your legs. You also have a bonus 3rd booty/core workout each week that is optional for all my overachievers. This program should be used in conjunction with an upper body program as it does not include those workouts.

Included in the program:

  • 2 gym based booty workouts

  • 1 bonus booty/core workout

  • Meal plans and recipes

  • Full videos of each workout and exercise

7 Day Challenge

This challenge is a sneak peak into the Posh Body method of training to define and sculpt a strong and lean body. It includes 5 days of strength training. Two upper body workouts, 2 lower body workouts and a metabolic full body conditioning day. You get 1 full rest day and an active rest day which means any easy activity of choice. Like to hike? Want to go for a bike ride with your family? It’s your choice to do anything active that doesn’t involve weight lifting or high intensity cardio. Each workout is designed to exhaust the working muscle group in a specific order. We use evidence based training methods to create well rounded programs to help you achieve your goals.
